Can I get an English version of electron book

I used Chinese edition of Windows.
When I download Reporting service trial version.
I always get a Chinese version thought I have choosen an English version.
The translation of electron book is not good, so I want to read in English.
How can I get a English version of electron book of Reporting Service?When you install reporting services, we include all languages in a single
distribution. We derive the language for the install from the OS language
settings. You can change this by setting the language for non-Unicode
programs to English. To get the english version:
Start
-->Control Panel
-->Regional and Language Options
-->Advanced tab
--> Language for non-Unicode programs - set this to English (United States)
Also, if you can provide examples of where the translation is poor, we would
love to know these so we can make the localization for our documentation
better.

After I set the language of Control Panel, the electron book is still in
Chinese,
and the character in my Outlook in mess up.
Can I only set the electron book to English, not the whole Windows?

like after the install is complete. Note that the behavior of updates to
books online (there's on available thorugh msdn) will only install based on
the setting you had during setup.

But the character of Outlook is mess up after set the Control Pannel's
language to English.
Are there any method just change the electron book's language to English,
not the whole Windows system.
